Specialist Account Manager - Connected Communities

About the role

AT&T is hiring a Specialist Account Manager for its Connected Communities business in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The role drives business growth by building and maintaining strategic relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience, increasing product adoption and market penetration through targeted sales and on-site events. It is a regular, full-time position (40 hours per week) with no supervisory duties.

Key responsibilities

• Meet property managers at their locations to build strong relationships.
• Develop and manage sales opportunities to meet sales targets.
• Drive subscriber growth and penetration across assigned Connected Communities through data-driven sales execution.
• Influence customer decisions early by raising awareness and engagement throughout the community lifecycle.
• Build relationships with property managers, HOAs, builders, developers and other community stakeholders.
• Analyze community performance and field intelligence to recommend improvements to offers, messaging, channels and execution.
• Serve as the primary owner of the community relationship, coordinating resources and resolving issues.

Required profile

• 2+ years of telecommunications and sales commission experience required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in property management, real estate or B2B environments.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, able to manage a portfolio independently.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated and a team player.

• Pay of $52,000 to $78,000 plus commission ($30,000), depending on geography, experience and education.
