Sales Manager Platinum

About the role

AT&T is hiring a Sales Manager Platinum in Brecksville, Ohio. The role leads and supervises a sales team, optimizes performance and ensures sales targets are met by managing client relationships and sales initiatives. Team members focus on acquiring new business and visiting customers in the field, and work with their team from the assigned office when not in the field.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the sales team, giving guidance, support and mentorship, and continuously monitor and coach performance so targets are met.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new opportunities, expand existing accounts and grow revenue, and give tactical input to leadership.
• Manage key client relationships, advise on complex problems and take part in important negotiations.
• Allocate and manage sales territories for optimal coverage.
• Oversee entry to senior-level sales employees, assign tasks, enforce company policies and influence hiring, firing, discipline and promotion decisions for subordinates.
• Lead the team to manage average sales quota or territory, handling complex consumer or mid-size to large business-to-business sales.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired.
• 8+ years of related sales experience.
• Supervisor position; weekly hours 40, regular schedule.
