GTM Recruiter

About the role

Rillet is seeking a GTM Recruiter to build an exceptional go‑to‑market team. You will own full‑cycle recruiting for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships and GTM Leadership, partnering closely with leaders to define hiring standards and close top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruiting across all GTM functions.
• Partner with GTM leaders to define exceptional candidate criteria.
• Map markets, identify top performers and engage passive candidates.
• Develop deep understanding of Rillet’s customers, product, market and GTM motion.
• Evaluate candidates in context of their past results and fit for Rillet.
• Build conviction with candidates and close them in competitive situations.
• Diagnose and adjust search strategies quickly when needed.
• Continuously raise and protect Rillet’s talent bar.

Required profile

• Exceptional taste in GTM talent, able to distinguish real performance from résumés.
• Proven ability to hunt, map markets and turn passive talent into candidates.
• Intellectual curiosity about customers, product, competitors and business model.
• Self‑driven, taking ownership of searches from problem to outcome.
• Strong business judgment focused on Rillet’s needs over speed of fill.
• Ability to engage and close highly sought‑after GTM candidates.
• Credibility with GTM leaders and executives through sound judgment and direct communication.

• Market mapping and talent sourcing expertise.
• Strong evaluation and candidate assessment capabilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
