- At least 5 years of experience in GTM analytics, revenue operations, business systems or data products.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience building and shipping production AI agents, conversational tools or workflow automations.
- Experience with LLM-powered apps using OpenAI/ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude or comparable enterprise models, including prompt design, context management and structured outputs.
- Experience evaluating production AI systems for accuracy, groundedness, hallucinations, safety, latency, cost and adoption.
- Authorized to work in the United States; Everlaw does not sponsor U.S. employment visas for this role.
Required skills
- Building AI agents with tool and function calling, agent orchestration, multi-step workflows, memory and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Working proficiency in Python, SQL, JavaScript or TypeScript.
