Growth Retention Sr Manager - Apparel

About the role

Trafilea, a consumer tech platform for brand growth that owns its own digitally native brands and operates in Walmart, Nordstrom and Amazon, is hiring a Growth Retention Sr Manager for apparel. The role is fully remote and focuses on retention across Shapermint and Truekind.

Key responsibilities

• Own the retention strategy across Shapermint and Truekind, leading Email, SMS, Push Notifications and WhatsApp.
• Design the end-to-end returning customer journey, from welcome and transactional flows to winback and sunset strategies.
• Build an integrated multi-channel strategy that increases engagement and repurchase while reducing channel overlap, fatigue and unsubscribes.
• Define quarterly OKRs and retention roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives with the greatest business impact.
• Own retention performance, including revenue, conversion, repurchase and LTV/CAC, turning data into clear opportunities and actions.
• Lead experimentation and optimization using customer behavior, testing and competitor insights.
• Drive cross-functional execution with Data Science, Creative, IT, Growth and other teams, removing blockers.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience building and executing retention marketing strategies, ideally in digital-first, e-commerce or retail environments.
• 5+ years in leadership roles, leading cross-functional teams across Marketing, Creative, Data and Technology.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Analytics or a related field.
• Advanced English; Spanish, SQL, Data Science, analytics tools or close work with Engineering are strong pluses.

Required skills

• Deep expertise in CRM, lifecycle marketing, segmentation and customer engagement.
• Strong analytical mindset using customer and performance data to improve revenue, repurchase and LTV/CAC.
• Hands-on, test-driven approach with interest in using AI and emerging technologies.
