About the role

Obble is seeking a Growth Marketer to drive brand awareness and inbound growth for its B2B software solutions. Working remotely from the United States, you will focus on measurable outcomes, creating content, optimizing search visibility, and running experiments that directly impact the business.

Key responsibilities

• Own inbound growth channels such as website content, SEO performance, and email campaigns.
• Create high-quality, audience-focused content by engaging with recruiters and staffing professionals.
• Design, execute and analyse growth experiments with clear objectives and performance metrics.
• Develop launch strategies for LinkedIn and other online communities used by staffing experts.
• Monitor marketing metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and continuously test and optimise campaigns.

Required profile

• 2+ years of growth or content marketing experience for a B2B software product.
• Strong writing ability and experience producing engaging marketing content.
• Proven track record using analytics to uncover trends and actionable opportunities.
• Understanding of B2B audiences, especially recruiters, staffing agencies, or HR tech buyers.
