Global Pricing Operations Senior Associate

About the role

Lyra Health, a provider of evidence-based mental health care, is hiring a Global Pricing Operations Senior Associate for its GTM Insights & Deal Strategy team, which shapes and executes the Employer Solutions strategy. The role balances analytical and operational work to drive scalable growth and acts as a bridge between Product, Sales, Finance and Clinical Ops, ensuring pricing models are competitive and scalable.

Key responsibilities

• Define the Employer Solutions pricing strategy to optimize revenue growth, retention and profitability, working with Finance, Product and GTM leadership
• Analyze market data and customer feedback to understand value drivers and competitive positioning
• Translate complex pricing models into simple, sellable structures and partner with Product Marketing on internal enablement and external communication
• Work with operational teams on scalable pricing, including quoting tools, deal desk parameters and downstream processes
• Advise Sales and Customer Success leadership on deal structuring for prospective and renewing employers
• Manage deadlines and set expectations with cross-functional stakeholders

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in economics, business, finance or another quantitative discipline
• 5+ years of experience in finance, consulting, business operations or financial planning & analysis, preferably in SaaS or healthcare
• Experience with forecasting, data analysis and financial modelling
• Strong communication skills and ability to turn complex financial data into clear narratives
• Ability to handle unstructured problems and navigate priorities across Clinical, Product, Legal, Finance and Sales teams
