Senior Vice President Corporate Strategy, Growth & Transformation

About the role

EOS is one of Europe's leading technology-driven specialists in receivables management, with more than 6,000 employees in over 20 countries. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Senior Vice President Corporate Strategy, Growth & Transformation shapes the Group's growth agenda, steers key projects across local entities, drives the AI transformation and develops ESG standards. The role sets the direction and makes sure it gets delivered.

Key responsibilities

• Set the Group's growth agenda with the EOS Board, define market priorities, develop new business opportunities and drive new country setups
• Lead the evaluation of M&A and strategic partnerships, assess their strategic and financial fit and ensure thorough due diligence
• Partner with Managing Directors of local entities on high-impact transformation projects and oversee their delivery
• Coordinate the Group-wide AI transformation agenda and scale high-value use cases
• Lead the ESG team and maintain high environmental, social and governance standards
• Serve as a senior strategic partner to the CEO, turning complex questions into clear recommendations and ensuring decisions are followed through
• Lead and develop a team of strategy, M&A, AI and ESG professionals

Required profile

• 8+ years of relevant experience, either at a leading strategy consultancy with hands-on corporate experience, or in an in-house corporate development or strategy role; a focus on financial services is a plus
• Proven track record steering transformation programs across functions and countries
• Experience assessing or executing acquisitions, market entries or new business models, backed by strong financial judgment
• Track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
• Fluent English and German; readiness to travel regularly across EOS markets
