Global Medical Affairs Postdoctoral Fellow – Real-World Evidence & HEOR

About the role

The two‑year Dompé US fellowship immerses a post‑doctoral researcher in Global Medical Affairs, focusing on Real‑World Evidence (RWE) and Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR). The fellow will work remotely while collaborating with cross‑functional teams and Northeastern University faculty.

Key responsibilities

• Generate foundational epidemiologic data and support integrated evidence generation plans across therapeutic areas.
• Design and execute RWE and HEOR studies, including concept documents, protocols, statistical analysis plans, and study reports.
• Develop global value dossiers, health technology assessment submissions, and payer‑facing communication materials.
• Support health economic modeling such as cost‑effectiveness and budget‑impact analyses, and conduct systematic literature reviews.
• Participate in Northeastern University academic activities, including teaching, precepting, and a longitudinal scholarly project.

Required profile

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from an ACPE‑accredited institution or a PhD in a relevant life science.
• Eligibility for pharmacist licensure in Massachusetts (if Pharm.D.).
• Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work independently across time zones.
• Demonstrated interest in RWE, epidemiology, health economics, or outcomes research through prior research, coursework, or rotations.
