Global HR Specialist – Duluth, GA

About the role

The Global HR Specialist supports elite clients by delivering customized HR solutions, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and driving client retention and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients on compliance, strategic HR needs, and deliver customized solutions such as handbooks, job descriptions, performance systems, and compensation plans.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and on‑site supervisors to transition clients to Vensure, monitor payroll trends, and maintain long‑lasting partnerships.
• Identify legal and regulatory concerns, mentor HR Business Partners, and travel for onsite visits or remote meetings to meet KPIs and profitability targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4 years of HR experience with strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, recruitment, compensation, and benefits.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and maintain confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Experience with HRIS and payroll platforms; PRISM, EOR, or PEO experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish capabilities are a plus.
