Senior HRIS Analyst - Workday

About the role

Kaisha Service is looking for a hardworking, innovative and collaborative Workday Senior HRIS Analyst to support the HRIS Manager in maintaining and enhancing the Workday HRIS, with associated responsibilities in the organization's AI implementation strategy. The role sits under the HRIS Manager and involves close interaction with HR executive management, the HR and IT teams and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements.
• Configure and maintain Workday HRIS, including business processes, condition rules, calculated fields, integrations and security domains and roles.
• Assist with HRIS data migration and integration projects, ensuring data quality and system compatibility.
• Prepare and run cross-application test scenarios with the HR team, and stay up to date with Workday releases and new features.
• Develop and deliver training materials and user guides for HR staff and employees.
• Provide Tier 2 end-user support and troubleshooting for system errors, data discrepancies and access issues.
• Maintain documentation of HRIS processes, procedures and configurations, and conduct regular audits for data accuracy and integrity.
• Generate and analyze advanced reports, discovery boards and dashboards to support HR and business decisions.
• Evaluate HR processes and data infrastructure to identify AI opportunities, such as automating resume screening, onboarding workflows and compliance reporting, and guide the organization through AI implementation in HR.
• Help set policies, ethical guidelines and compliance standards for responsible AI use in HR, and lead organizational AI strategies such as workforce forecasting and planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources or a related field.
• 4 to 6 years of experience as a Workday HRIS Analyst or similar role, with 3+ years of hands-on configuration ownership.
• Demonstrated expertise in organizational AI applications and workforce analytics; AI certification strongly preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, manage confidential information, and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Expert-level technical skills in Workday Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking, plus familiarity with at least two other functional areas (e.g. Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Learning, Recruiting, Talent, Journeys, Workforce Planning).
• Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices, and advanced experience with HRIS implementation, configuration and maintenance.
• Workday certification strongly preferred but not required.
