Sales Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Vensure Employer Solutions, a provider of HR technology, managed services and business process outsourcing, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruiting efforts for Vensure and its Division Partners. The role works closely with the Talent Acquisition Supervisor, sources candidates, runs interviews and supports hiring managers, with regular on-site attendance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Talent Acquisition Supervisor to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks and referrals, and actively cold call to build the pipeline.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, skills and cultural fit.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers and keep candidates informed of the offer process.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and notify non-selected candidates.
• Use applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools to manage pipelines and track metrics; represent the company at recruiting and community events.
• Advise management on recruiting questions and support hiring managers with interviews, documents and other recruiting tasks.
• Protect the confidentiality of personnel records and attend webinars and training.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management, or an equivalent combination of experience, skills and education, preferred.
• Proven recruiter or talent acquisition experience, minimum 2 years in full-cycle recruiting.
• PEO or multi-site, multi-state experience is a plus.
• Regular on-site attendance is required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of recruitment processes, HR policies and procedures, and current regulations.
• Strong communication, prioritization and problem-solving skills.
