Associate Vice President of Client Implementation (On-Site)

About the role

Vensure Employer Solutions, a provider of HR/HCM technology, managed services and business process outsourcing, is hiring an Associate Vice President of Client Implementation. The role is a strategic leader who shapes and executes the vision for implementation services, overseeing end-to-end implementation processes, establishing best practices and partnering with senior leadership. It is an on-site position with regular, daily presence required.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and, when necessary, directly execute complex client implementations
• Mentor the Client Implementation team and drive performance management and adherence to best practices
• Partner with Regional Sales Leaders, review pipeline and forecast reports and allocate resources
• Act as second-level escalation point for client issues and manage internal troubleshooting
• Work with the VP of Client Implementation to assign new clients by region and support onboarding
• Support new hire screening, onboarding and training, and lead coaching sessions
• Take part in leadership meetings and report project status, risks, resource needs and client readiness to senior leadership
• Manage escalations, oversee concurrent projects and step in for the VP during absences
• Some domestic travel is required; regular on-site attendance is essential

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or 5-7 years of related experience, or equivalent combination
• 4+ years of management or supervisory experience
• Experience with PrismHR or similar platforms preferred
• FPC, PHR or related certification preferred

Required skills

• HRIS/CRM experience and proficiency in CRM tools and basic data analysis
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to configure, manage and troubleshoot HRIS platforms and CRM tools
• Knowledge of payroll processing, tax regulations, wage and hour laws and multi-state compliance
