Global HR Specialist – US

About the role

The Global HR Specialist, US delivers customized HR service solutions to elite clients, ensuring compliance, strategic support, and high client satisfaction. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on federal and state HR regulations while supporting their overall HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide compliance and strategic HR guidance to targeted elite clients, monitoring payroll trends and navigating regulatory matters.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, delivering customized solutions such as handbooks, job descriptions, performance systems, compensation plans, and succession planning.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and client teams to ensure smooth transitions and long‑term partnerships.
• Mentor HR Business Partners, handle complex high‑risk HR issues, and travel for onsite client visits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2‑4 years of HR experience with strong knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws.
• Excellent organizational, communication and judgment skills, with ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM‑CP or SHRM‑SCP) preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Experience with HRIS and payroll platforms; familiarity with PRISM, EOR or PEO systems preferred.
• Bilingual capability in English and Spanish is a plus.
