About the role

As a G&A Recruiter at Tesla, you will partner with General & Administrative teams to attract, assess, and hire top talent that supports our mission of accelerating the world’s transition to sustainable energy. This full‑time position is based onsite in either Palo Alto, CA or Austin, TX.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust pipelines of qualified G&A candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Utilize a variety of sourcing tools and creative approaches to identify high‑quality talent.
• Collaborate closely with sourcers, hiring managers, and business leaders to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Tesla’s recruiting processes and adapt to a fast‑changing environment.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint.

Required profile

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in G&A or corporate functions.
• Proven ability to fill hard‑to‑fill positions using innovative sourcing methods.
• Comfort navigating both high‑volume and high‑touch recruitment scenarios.
• Strong analytical skills for tracking data and managing workflow.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of employment market trends relevant to G&A roles.
• Proficient understanding of common G&A skill‑sets.
