Future Talent Program – International Pricing Analytics Intern

About the role

The Future Talent Program offers a 12‑week internship within MSD's Human Health Division, focusing on International Pricing Analytics. You will partner with the International Pricing team to design a data‑driven framework that quantifies and communicates the value of pricing decisions across the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a methodology and KPIs to measure revenue preservation, pricing risk mitigation, launch sequencing optimization, and other strategic impacts.
• Collect and consolidate data from pricing systems, forecasts, market submissions, and business cases; build analytical models and dashboards to visualize pricing impact.
• Map current International Pricing workflows, identify automation opportunities, and document processes for future maintenance.
• Engage stakeholders through interviews and presentations, translating complex pricing concepts into clear business insights.

Required profile

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Data Science, Health Economics, Market Access, Public Health, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with experience using Excel for data analysis.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects independently.
