About the role

Santander is seeking a full‑time Teller for its Banister Street branch in York, PA. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while processing daily banking transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, minimize wait times and assist with banking needs.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
• Adhere to bank policies, compliance and risk‑management protocols to prevent fraud.
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities and refer appropriate product solutions.
• Assist with custodial duties, audits and keep the work area clean and organized.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 6 months cash‑handling and customer‑service experience.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency and math skills.
• Comfortable using digital tools and Microsoft Office products.

What we offer
