Full‑Time Bank Teller

About the role

Santander is seeking a full‑time Teller to provide exceptional service to customers in its Feasterville branch. You will handle daily cash transactions, support customers with their banking needs, and help promote the bank’s products.

Key responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
• Deliver prompt, courteous service while minimizing wait times and addressing customer inquiries.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities and refer customers to appropriate bank solutions.
• Assist with audits, custodial duties and keep the work area clean and organized.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 6 months cash‑handling experience and 6 months customer‑service experience.
• Ability to follow policies, manage risk and work branch hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
