Front Office Supervisor

About the role

The Loews Arlington Hotel, part of Loews Hotels & Co., is looking for a Front Office Supervisor to lead its guest services team. The hotel is a large resort in Arlington's sports district serving 888 rooms, five dining venues, pools, spa services and 266,000 square feet of event space, with skybridge access to Live! by Loews.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Front Office team and ensure smooth, efficient service delivery.
• Lead, mentor and develop team members to uphold Loews service standards.
• Monitor guest feedback, resolve concerns promptly and implement strategies to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
• Coordinate room assignments and work with housekeeping to meet guest preferences.
• Design and deliver training programs that raise team skills and operational excellence.
• Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
• Conduct audits, keep accurate financial records and analyse performance metrics.
• Prepare operational and guest experience reports for management review.
• Partner on initiatives to promote hotel services and improve efficiency, handle emergencies professionally, and ensure guest and team safety.
• Attend regular shifts, mandatory training and meetings, and perform other duties as assigned.

• Preferred: minimum two years of guest service experience in hotel hospitality and one year in a guest service leadership role.
• Preferred: experience with a previous property management system and knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis in a hotel setting.
