Front Office Agent

About the role

Live! by Loews in Arlington, a high-energy hotel in the Arlington Entertainment District between Globe Life Field and AT&T Stadium, is hiring a Front Office Agent. The team supports 300 guestrooms, several dining venues, an infinity-edge pool and access to the Loews Arlington Hotel & Convention Center. The agent is the face of the hotel, delivering professional, warm hospitality from check-in to check-out in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and register guests warmly and professionally, ensuring a seamless arrival.
• Assign rooms that meet guest preferences and special requests.
• Obtain and verify credit and payment information in line with hotel policy.
• Promote hotel services, amenities and local attractions.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of upcoming events, group bookings and banquet orders.
• Perform check-outs and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Keep the Front Desk and lobby clean and well presented.
• Handle emergencies with professionalism, prioritizing guest and team member safety.
• Attend mandatory training and meetings, and perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and pride in anticipating and exceeding guest needs.
• Clear verbal and written communication, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.
• Preferred: at least one year of guest service experience in hotel hospitality.
• Veterans and military spouses encouraged to apply.

Required skills

• Experience with a previous Property Management System, preferred.
• Experience with the Opera system, preferred.
