About the role
Meijer is hiring a part-time Fresh Assembly Processing Clerk for its food manufacturing facility in Lansing. The person in this position handles and packages several varieties of customer convenience produce items.
Key responsibilities
- Handle and package several varieties of customer convenience produce items.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of a food manufacturing facility.
- Comply with the written HACCP plan and SQF guidelines.
- Perform daily intensive sanitation.
- May perform other duties as assigned or required.
Required profile
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Ability to stay on task and meet production standards.
- Detail oriented; related food production experience is a plus.
