Franchise Sales Director – Remote (MT, WY, CO, NE, KS, IA & MO)

About the role

Anywhere Brands is seeking a Franchise Sales Director for the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate brand. This fully remote position covers the states of Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, Nebraska, Kansas, Iowa and Missouri, and requires the incumbent to reside within the territory. You will own the end‑to‑end franchise sales cycle, from prospect generation to closing new franchisees.

Key responsibilities

• Generate, cultivate and convert franchise sales prospects across the assigned territory.
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate tracking of each opportunity.
• Present the brand’s value proposition and growth strategy to prospective franchisees.
• Collaborate with shared‑services, sales‑enablement and growth teams to support prospects through due‑diligence and application processes.
• Negotiate terms, close deals and meet or exceed annual sales quotas.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of sales or business‑development experience, preferably in real‑estate or franchise environments.
• Ability to read and interpret financial statements and conduct due‑diligence analysis.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, both in‑person and virtual.
• Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for pipeline management.
