Senior Manager – Business Model Reinvention (Strategy Consulting)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead Business Model Reinvention projects within our Strategy& consulting practice. The role involves providing strategic guidance to consumer‑market clients, analysing trends, and delivering actionable recommendations that drive growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end strategic consulting engagements for clients in the consumer sector.
• Analyse market dynamics and client performance to formulate growth and optimisation strategies.
• Collaborate with client leadership to identify transformation opportunities and process improvements.
• Develop and communicate clear, impact‑driven messages that align with client objectives.
• Apply systems‑thinking to uncover root causes and design holistic solutions.
• Validate outcomes with clients, incorporate feedback, and refine recommendations.
• Guide multidisciplinary teams through complex, ambiguous situations while fostering a diverse and inclusive environment.
• Coach and mentor team members, promoting professional standards and continuous development.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in professional services or consulting, with a focus on strategy.
• Proven ability to manage senior‑level client relationships and deliver high‑quality results.
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent judgment in escalating issues when needed.
