Franchise Sales Director – New England & NY (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Franchise Sales Director to lead the Century 21 Real Estate franchise sales across Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut and New York (excluding the boroughs). The position is fully remote, with travel throughout the territory, and requires the candidate to reside within the designated states.

Key responsibilities

• Own the complete sales cycle – prospecting, relationship building, negotiation and closing franchise agreements.
• Generate and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects, using CRM tools to track progress.
• Present the brand’s value proposition, conduct due‑diligence presentations and guide prospects through every stage of the process.
• Collaborate with shared‑services, sales‑enablement and growth teams to leverage market data, analytics and brand resources.
• Meet or exceed annual sales quotas while balancing multiple deals simultaneously.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of sales or inside‑sales experience, preferably in business development, management consulting, real‑estate or franchise sales.
• Ability to read and interpret financial statements and solve business problems.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, both in‑person and virtual.

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
