Founding Product Manager

About the role

Reducto is building an agentic document platform for AI teams and enterprises. As a founding Product Manager you will own product direction across the core platform, pricing, packaging and go‑to‑market strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Identify high‑impact problems by mastering customer workflows, model capabilities and competitive landscape, and translate them into product investments.
• Drive end‑to‑end product delivery: spec, build with engineering, test with customers, launch, measure and iterate.
• Accelerate the organization’s velocity by removing blockers, aligning cross‑functional teams and reinventing processes to match rapid engineering cycles.
• Define and own product metrics, pricing strategy and PLG/enterprise expansion motions that tie features to revenue.

Required profile

• 5+ years as a product manager, engineer or founder who has taken a product from concept to paying customers.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, self‑directed and able to structure work without a playbook.
• Metrics‑driven mindset, defining success quantitatively and backing decisions with data and customer insight.

Required skills

• Deep technical fluency: reading API specs, discussing model architectures and evaluating technical trade‑offs.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools, machine‑learning models and document‑processing workflows.
