Forward Deployed Test Engineer

About the role

Revel is looking for a Forward Deployed Test Engineer to embed with customer engineering teams, connect our software to test stands, and drive rapid adoption of the RevelTest workflow across aerospace, automotive, energy and manufacturing domains.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end deployment of Revel at customer sites, integrating with test stands, sensors, actuators and existing infrastructure.
• Build deep technical relationships, provide training, write RevelCode, create dashboards and translate field learnings into product feedback.
• Travel 30–50% to customer facilities, primarily in California and other domestic or international locations.

Required profile

• 2+ years of post‑college engineering experience in mechanical, electrical, or physics backgrounds.
• Hands‑on experience in test engineering, embedded systems, robotics, aerospace, automotive or similar hardware domains.
• Strong problem‑solving skills in unpredictable field environments and ability to troubleshoot complex issues under pressure.
