Forward Deployed Engineer (New Grad)

About the role
Roadrunner is building a new pricing platform (PQA) and needs a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with customers, turning complex pricing challenges into shipped features.
Key responsibilities
- Embed with RevOps and Sales leaders, own end‑to‑end delivery from discovery to production.
- Convert customer‑specific integrations into core product features.
- Deploy, tune, and iterate AI‑driven quoting and approval agents in real‑world deals.
- Provide rapid feedback to the product team on issues observed in enterprise environments.
Required profile
- Strong engineering fundamentals from coursework, internships or projects.
- Real curiosity and ability to debug unfamiliar systems.
- Ambition for ownership and comfort with ambiguous specifications.
- Clear, direct communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel occasionally and work onsite in San Francisco.
