Food & Beverage Associate

About the role

Midtown is looking for a friendly and driven Food & Beverage Associate to help deliver a great restaurant experience. The associate serves and assists customers by taking orders, servicing and delivering them, and suggesting meal and drink options, while keeping the workspace safe and sanitary. The role offers exposure to other parts of the business, including fitness, racquet sports and spa.

Key responsibilities

• Serve and deliver members' favourite meals and smoothies
• Clean and maintain a sanitary workspace
• Take accurate and efficient orders from customers
• Handle money and payment information with integrity
• Build relationships with members and staff through conversation
• Occasionally help with special events and dishwashing in the kitchen

• Willingness to listen to constructive feedback
• Evening and weekend flexibility
• Transferable skills and education are also considered

Bonus points

• Previous food & beverage experience
• Current ServSafe certification
