Food and Beverage Associate

About the role

Midtown is looking for a friendly and driven Food and Beverage Associate to help deliver a great restaurant experience. The associate serves and assists customers by taking orders, servicing and delivering them, and suggesting meal and drink options, while keeping the workspace safe and sanitary. The team works collaboratively and offers a chance to learn across several parts of the business, including fitness, racquet sports and spa.

Key responsibilities

• Serve and deliver members' favourite meals and smoothies
• Clean and maintain a sanitary workspace
• Take accurate and efficient orders from customers
• Handle money and payment information with integrity and proficiency
• Build lasting relationships with members and staff through conversation

Required profile

• Excellent professional references
• A passion for helping others, kindness and optimism at work
• Willingness to listen to constructive feedback and apply it
• Bonus points: previous food and beverage experience, teamwork, current ServSafe certification, and a strong desire to prepare food and beverages consistently and well
