About the role

The Financial Center Manager oversees daily operations of the financial center, ensuring exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining operational soundness.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales goals for banking products such as loans, deposits, and investments.
  • Manage operational activities including cash management, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation.
  • Lead a customer‑centric culture, address inquiries and complaints promptly, and drive loyalty.
  • Coach and mentor staff, conduct performance evaluations, and support career development.
  • Represent Northwest Bank in community events and CRA initiatives.

Required profile

  • 2‑3 years of banking or retail experience with sales leadership and management responsibilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Strong decision‑making, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and department‑specific computer applications.
  • Ability to allocate resources effectively and implement strategic plans.
