Field Sales and Marketing Representative

About the role

TTI (Techtronic Industries), a global maker of power tools, outdoor power equipment and floor care products, is hiring a Field Sales and Marketing Representative in Oakland, CA. You will drive sales of its product lines within one of its largest retail partners, The Home Depot, and launch your career in a fast-paced company.

Key responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering business-to-consumer sales and customer service, recommending tailored product solutions and showing deep product knowledge
• Plan and run promotional events, product demos and store walks to drive engagement and sell-through
• Support corporate brand marketing initiatives and brand presence through merchandising, product placement and store resets
• Use Microsoft Power BI data analytics to make decisions and maximize impact
• Manage inventory levels through down-stocking, keep products accessible and report promptly
• Build relationships with The Home Depot team members and participate in the company's training program

Required profile

• At least 21 years old and eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Valid US driver's license for at least one continuous year, a personal vehicle, and vehicle insurance naming you as primary driver
• Able to lift and carry heavy tools (up to 50 lbs.), climb ladders and work nights and weekends
• Self-motivated, organized and able to work full-time in a retail environment standing for the shift
• Relocation may be required for future opportunities

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office
• Microsoft Power BI used for data-driven decisions
• Multilingual abilities preferred in some markets
