Facility Coordinator

About the role

Join Pleasant Valley Corporation’s Facilities Management division as a Facility Coordinator. You will be the primary point of contact for nationwide clients, handling commercial facility maintenance requests and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client maintenance requests, assess issues, and manage the work order life cycle.
• Create work orders, solicit bids, assign service agreements, and coordinate subcontractors and vendors.
• Maintain an average of 50‑70 open work orders, closing about five each day while documenting progress in PVC Connect and the Customer Portal.
• Monitor vendor performance, follow company operating procedures, and resolve outstanding service issues.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of related experience and a high school diploma, GED, or college certificate.
• At least one year of experience resolving client issues in facilities management, a service business, or a call‑center environment.
• Strong telephone‑based customer service background.

Required skills

• Proficient computer skills, including CRM software, data entry, scheduling, and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple work orders and communicate effectively with vendors.
