Facilities Coordinator

About the role

ATP, the nation’s largest flight school, seeks a Facilities Coordinator to ensure its nationwide training facilities are well equipped, maintained, and safe for students, instructors, and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate routine repairs, service requests, and preventive‑maintenance across all ATP locations.
• Receive, document, prioritize, assign, and track facility maintenance issues to completion.
• Obtain vendor quotes, schedule service providers, confirm work scope, and monitor quality, timeliness, and cost.
• Manage facility needs such as lighting, plumbing, HVAC, doors, paint, flooring, landscaping, furniture, signage, cleaning, and general building upkeep.
• Serve as point of contact for local staff, landlords, airport/FBO personnel, property managers, and service vendors.
• Respond to emergency or urgent facility issues and perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in facilities management, business, construction management, or related field preferred.
• 2‑4 years of experience coordinating facilities, property management, maintenance operations, construction administration, vendor management, or multi‑site operations.
• Experience managing work orders, vendor invoices, service contracts, and repair quotes.
• Experience supporting multiple locations or a geographically dispersed portfolio strongly preferred.
