Executive Vice President of Program Operations

About the role

Reporting to the COO, the EVP of Program Operations leads the operating cadence, handoffs, and pipeline visibility for Anthos|Home, a nonprofit startup helping New Yorkers secure stable housing.

Key responsibilities

• Drive unit clearance against targets and streamline the process from unit identification through move‑in.
• Tighten handoffs between teams, including after‑care, to ensure nothing falls through the seams.
• Raise data‑driven decision standards and continuously improve processes through redesign or technology.
• Monitor budget spending, flag issues early, and oversee technology and data systems, including AI initiatives.
• Partner with senior leadership on strategic direction, new revenue streams, and external partnerships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s strongly preferred in Business, Data Analytics, Public Administration or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, data/analytics or systems management, preferably in nonprofit or housing.
• 7+ years of senior management experience overseeing multi‑team operations with a track record of improving efficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong data‑visualization tool expertise.
• Knowledge of AI applications in operations.
