Executive Director

About the role

Created Women, a Christ‑centered nonprofit serving women impacted by sexual exploitation, trafficking, addiction, homelessness, and trauma, seeks a mission‑driven Executive Director to lead the organization through its next season of growth and impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation of the organization’s vision, mission, and strategic plan while partnering with the Board to set long‑term goals.
• Recruit, develop, supervise, and retain staff, fostering a healthy, compassionate workplace culture.
• Oversee annual fundraising, donor cultivation, grant development, and special campaign initiatives.
• Manage the annual budget, ensure financial stewardship, and provide regular updates to the Board.
• Provide spiritual leadership, model Christian values, and offer pastoral care to residents, staff, and volunteers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent leadership experience.
• Five+ years of progressive nonprofit, social services, recovery, behavioral health, or ministry leadership experience.
• Proven success in fundraising, donor development, and community engagement.
• Experience managing budgets and organizational operations.
• Strong alignment with Created Women’s mission, values, and statement of faith.
