Escrow Officer Representative

About the role

The Escrow Officer Representative acts as the vital link between agents, buyers, sellers and the escrow process, ensuring smooth, accurate and timely closings.

Key responsibilities

• Manage contracts from start to finish, verifying paperwork and ensuring error‑free, timely closings.
• Coordinate with lenders, underwriters, agents, attorneys and government agencies to keep transactions on track.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry partners and provide white‑glove service to agents and buyers.
• Train and supervise escrow assistants, delegating tasks and auditing work.
• Attend closings to ensure a positive experience for all parties.

• Problem‑solver who identifies and resolves potential issues to avoid delays.
• Constant learner staying current on rules and regulations.
• Empathetic communicator who adapts to different personalities and delivers difficult news professionally.
• Highly organized multi‑tasker able to handle many contracts under deadline pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Technical knowledge of the closing process.
• Notary public and escrow officer licenses.
