Leasing Professional – Union on Frank (Student Living)

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for the Union on Frank student living community, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Inspect units before move‑in, ensure readiness, and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including online listings, resident referral programs, and employer outreach.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Maintain show‑unit standards, prepare the leasing office, and handle resident follow‑up and renewal communications.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner inquiries, documenting and escalating issues as needed.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance), and work in all weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with on‑site property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Experience using internet marketing tools (e.g., Craigslist, Facebook, email platforms) to generate traffic.
