Community Manager – Arcadia at Wiregrass

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Arcadia at Wiregrass property, managing staff, finances, leasing, and resident satisfaction to meet budgeted goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the property budget, monitor financial performance, and ensure timely rent collection and bank deposits.
• Approve vendor invoices, reconcile charges, and maintain insurance compliance.
• Oversee lease enforcement, application approvals, rent adjustments, evictions, and fee collections.
• Analyze market trends and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Respond to resident inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain safety, cleanliness, and appearance standards.
• Hire, train, and supervise property staff, managing performance in line with company policies.
• Maintain owner relationships through updates, tours, and performance reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate or related field.
• 4‑6 years of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication, conflict‑resolution, and customer‑service skills.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated and capable of working independently or as a team leader.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).
• Strong Internet, word processing, spreadsheet and database management abilities.
• Valid driver’s license for operating a golf cart on‑site.
• All required state and local licenses/certifications for property management.
