About the role
We are seeking a reliable Production Control Engineer to join our Production Management Team. The role focuses on analyzing production capacity, line balance, scheduling, and monthly production closing while supporting KPI implementation and internal audits.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production schedules, line balance, and capacity analyses.
- Perform internal audits and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Support KPI development and monitor production metrics.
- Participate in value‑stream‑mapping activities to eliminate waste.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a science, engineering, or related field.
- 0+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
Required skills
- Basic engineering principles and calculations.
- Production scheduling and capacity analysis.
- Knowledge of KPI development and internal audit processes.
- Familiarity with value‑stream‑mapping and continuous‑improvement methodologies.
