About the role
Join a remote team selling life insurance to inbound leads. No cold calling – you’ll speak with families who have already expressed interest, helping them choose coverage from a network of over 60 carriers.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct phone or Zoom conversations to assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate life insurance policies.
- Follow the company’s proven sales system and use provided scripts and tools.
- Collaborate with a mentor on live calls and participate in ongoing training.
Required profile
- U.S. residency and ability to pass a background check.
- Coachability, consistency, and willingness to follow the established process.
- Comfortable talking to people daily and motivated by performance‑based earnings.
What we offer
- Commission‑only, uncapped earnings with daily/weekly payouts.
- Typical first‑year earnings: $50,000+ for part‑time, $80,000–$300,000+ for full‑time agents.
- Full training on life insurance fundamentals and support from mentors.
