About the role
This is a fully remote, entry‑level insurance sales position focused on warm inbound leads. You will work from anywhere in the U.S. and earn based on your own production.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with warm inbound leads who have expressed interest in life insurance.
- Conduct genuine client conversations, present product options, and handle objections honestly.
- Build and manage your own book of business with ongoing coaching support.
Required profile
- U.S. citizen or legal resident with background‑check clearance.
- Licensed for Life & Health insurance, or willing to become licensed (company will guide you).
- Motivated to work independently in a commission‑only structure.
What we offer
- Full training and mentorship to become a licensed, confident producer.
- Commission‑only pay (average $800‑$1,200 per sale) with daily/weekly payouts and performance incentives.
- Flexibility to work remotely with occasional in‑person touchpoints for Pittsburgh‑area candidates.
