About the role
This remote, entry‑level position focuses on selling life insurance to prospects who have already expressed interest. No cold calling is required; you will handle warm inbound leads and earn uncapped commissions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage warm inbound leads exclusively, converting inquiries into policies.
- Complete a full training pipeline and receive a mentor for early live calls.
- Access a network of more than 60 carrier partners to match customers with the best product.
Required profile
- U.S.-based and eligible for a background check.
- Willing to obtain a Life & Health insurance license (guidance provided).
- Open to feedback and able to hold genuine phone conversations.
- Motivated by uncapped, commission‑only pay rather than a fixed salary.
What we offer
- Commission‑only, uncapped earnings with typical new producer commissions of $800–$1,200 per policy.
- Daily and weekly pay cycles plus performance‑based bonuses for hitting production thresholds.
- Potential earnings: part‑time producers can reach $50,000+ in year one; full‑time producers $80,000 to $300,000+.
