About the role
This remote position is designed for motivated individuals who want to start a career in life insurance sales without prior industry experience. You will work exclusively with warm inbound leads—people who have already expressed interest in life insurance coverage.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and guide prospects through the insurance application process.
- Close life insurance policies using a portfolio of more than 60 carrier partners.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up activities.
Required profile
- Open to feedback and eager to improve performance.
- Comfortable holding genuine, unscripted phone conversations.
- Highly motivated by uncapped, commission‑only earnings.
