Entry Level Business Consultant

About the role

Kickstart your career as a Business Consultant supporting independent owner‑operator truck drivers. You will be the primary point of contact, delivering exceptional customer service and business advice.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email with a positive, professional demeanor.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and accurately analyze business performance and financial results.
• Initiate client goal setting through profit‑plan preparation and share knowledge using everyday language.
• Proactively support the team and contribute to ATBS’s growth and success.

Required profile

• Creative problem‑solver who develops innovative solutions.
• Curious with a strong willingness to learn.
• Excellent communicator who enjoys collaboration.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented and goes the extra mile for customers.

Required skills

• Progress toward an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous customer service experience (beneficial).
• Knowledge of tax rules and regulations (beneficial).
• Experience in the transportation industry (beneficial).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities (beneficial).
