Enterprise Customer Activation Manager – Bill Pay & Procurement

About the role

Ramp is seeking an Enterprise Customer Activation Manager to help upmarket customers quickly realize value from its Bill Pay and Procurement solutions. You will guide implementation, configure workflows, and ensure customers adopt the platform efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end onboarding of enterprise clients for Ramp Bill Pay and Procurement, delivering fast, accurate deployments.
• Educate customers on AP workflows, procurement best practices, approval logic, vendor management, and policy configuration.
• Identify and remove implementation blockers, driving adoption and measurable business outcomes.
• Become an expert on Ramp’s Bill Pay & Procurement capabilities, including integrations, vendor onboarding, approval routing, purchase requests, and invoice processing.
• Provide structured feedback to Product, balance multiple activations, and manage timelines and communications.

Required profile

• 5+ years of Customer Success or implementation experience with AP or procurement products.
• Strong project and time‑management skills, handling several customers simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to simplify complex workflows.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

Required skills

• Experience with accounting systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage or similar ERP/AP modules.
