Enterprise Account Manager

About the role

Runpod is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to nurture and grow relationships with existing customers of its AI infrastructure platform. The role focuses on retention, expansion, and ensuring clients derive maximum value from the service.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of existing accounts, monitoring health metrics such as usage, billing, and churn risk.
• Drive renewals, upsells, and cross‑sells by identifying expansion opportunities like additional GPU capacity, new feature modules, or premium support plans.
• Conduct business reviews (QBR/MBR) to present ROI, usage insights, and roadmap updates.
• Liaise with product, engineering, and support teams to resolve issues and advocate for enhancements.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, build account plans, forecasts, and report key metrics to leadership.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or post‑sales roles, preferably in SaaS, cloud, or infrastructure.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage both developers and executive stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑starter who can own accounts end‑to‑end and handle contract negotiations and escalations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using analytics tools to track usage and revenue metrics.
• Familiarity with Slack‑like collaboration platforms.
