BDR Manager

About the role

Runpod is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) Manager to lead its outsourced BDR program. This remote, full‑time position will own the end‑to‑end operating system that drives qualified pipeline and market feedback for a fast‑growing AI infrastructure platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own the outsourced BDR program, including vendor governance, staffing, onboarding, operating cadence, service‑level expectations, and quarterly business reviews.
• Translate Runpod’s ICP and product priorities into territories, target lists, personas, and outbound playbooks.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales to create messaging, call guides, objection handling, and qualification criteria.
• Coach the agency manager and reps, review calls and emails, and ensure quality and readiness.
• Define handoff standards with Account Executives and manage funnel metrics such as held meetings, accepted opportunities, pipeline velocity, and cost per outcome.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS or technology sales development experience, with at least 2 years leading BDR/SDR teams or programs.
• Direct experience managing an outsourced or distributed BDR team and holding vendors accountable to business outcomes.
• Proven track record of building outbound motions that generate qualified opportunities and pipeline.
• Strong analytical judgment across conversion, capacity, cost, and pipeline metrics.

Required skills

• Fluency with CRM, sequencing, enrichment, intent, and reporting workflows.
• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent systems.
