Director, Revenue Operations

About the role

Runpod is seeking a senior leader to own and scale the Revenue Operations function, driving forecasting accuracy, GTM scalability, and operational efficiency across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain CRM architecture, data governance, and analytics frameworks covering lead generation, pipeline conversion, retention, and expansion.
• Lead revenue forecasting processes, weekly pipeline reviews, and build executive‑level dashboards.
• Partner with Finance and leadership on compensation planning, quota design, and territory modeling.
• Provide strategic oversight for Deal Desk and Enablement, including CPQ implementation and GTM playbook development.
• Implement AI‑powered tools for forecasting, pipeline scoring, and workflow automation.

Required profile

• 8‑12 years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations, with at least 3 years in a senior/director role.
• Proven track record building revenue infrastructure in high‑growth SaaS or cloud‑infrastructure companies.
• Deep expertise with Salesforce and revenue‑tech stack (CPQ, BI, forecasting tools).
• Experience supporting both PLG and enterprise sales motions and designing compensation, quota, and territory models.
