About the role

The company is seeking a Junior Civil Engineer to support the technical coordination, monitoring and execution of construction projects and works. Working under senior engineers and site management, the role contributes to meeting deadlines, quality, safety and technical requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist daily site activities and verify work against technical drawings and project specifications.
• Support quality control of executed services and help resolve technical issues.
• Help prepare and update construction schedules, monitor measurements, productivity and consumption.
• Assist in preparing measurement reports and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with foremen, surveying, quality, safety and logistics teams, and manage subcontractors and operational crews.
• Ensure proper flow of technical information on site and participate in coordination meetings.
• Produce technical reports, maintain project documentation and control document archives.
• Promote and comply with quality, safety and environmental standards, identifying risks and supporting best construction practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Recent graduate or up to 3 years of experience.
• Internship or professional experience in civil construction is valued.
• Experience in road, building, infrastructure or earthworks projects is a plus.
• Willingness to learn, proactive attitude and ability to work in a team.
• Strong communication, organization and responsibility.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of construction planning and execution.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Fundamental proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel and MS Project (preferred).
• Understanding of construction safety and quality standards.
