About the role

Join BAYADA Home Health Care as an Employment Specialist/Job Coach to provide one‑on‑one support, coaching, and training to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in integrated community work settings.

Key responsibilities

• Empower individuals to obtain meaningful employment and develop job skills.
• Monitor progress through documentation and assist with skill enhancement.
• Educate employers on the benefits of hiring people with disabilities.
• Advocate for inclusion, reasonable accommodations, and workplace adjustments.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience working with individuals with IDD.
• High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18+).
• Availability during daytime hours.
